Problem purchasing Meteor Credits

For some reason I cannot purchase meteor credits.  I enter all my credit card information and it continually pops up with this message...


Purchase Failed

We're sorry, there was a problem completing your purchase.




Anyone know how to fix this?

File a support ticket using the Support link on the top of the page.

Or, call your credit card company and see if they have a security hold on your account or something. They will put security holds on for the slightest things if it looks suspicious to them. (Ever want to test it? Fill up a tank of gas, buy a pair of running shoes, and then fill up a second car's tank. Watch your card get locked down instantly. They'll unlock it if you call them and confirm that it actually was legitimate, but it'll get nailed to the floor automatically.)

Spoke to my bank, there was no hold on my credit card.  I'm able to make purchases on other websites, all but this one.

Support's going to have to take it from there, because I don't have any more info on the payment system, and the rest is likely to be confidential info you don't want posted on the Internet anyway.
